Owner

Josh Lane

Josh started roofing as a teenager working for another roofing contractor. He put himself through college and majored in business management. Josh then started his roofing business with just himself and a single truck, borrowing the money from his parents for the truck, which he paid back in one month. He never looked back and has built a thriving roofing business that he takes immense pride in and is a wonderful citizen with the local communities.

Office Manager

Jordan Lane

Jordan is the heart of the business. It would not be successful without her. Jordan’s primary responsibilities at Lane Roofing are on the accounting side to receive payments and work with our accountant (who is also a saint). Jordan does too many small things to list, not the least of which is to make the shop more like a home.

Sales Manager

Carlton Lane

Carlton is Josh’s father (Pops) who joined the Lane Roofing team in early February after retiring from his career in the electronics industry. His role
has been on multiple fronts including to help get the shop open at 34 Pinkerton Street in Derry and assist with improving efficiencies within the business. Carlton has been training with Josh and the job foremen to be able to assist with customer estimates.

Brian Chamberlain

Brian is an easy going and very knowledgeable job foreman who also does many of the small roof repairs. Brian is conscientious, thoughtful and very good with our customers

Rob is hard working and possesses very good roofing skills as well as good carpentry skills. Rob is conscientious and works hard to be sure that his customer’s are happy when the job is complete.

Jon is a long time and trusted friend of Josh and an experienced truck driver. He takes good care of the delivery truck and dumpsters including to keep them neat and clean. Jon is a pleasure to have on the Lane Roofing team.

Ed Stone

Ed taught Josh how to roof when he was a teenager. Our most experienced roofer, Ed has as much technical expertise as anybody in the industry. He is a happy go lucky guy and good with our customers.
